6 medium potatoes
1 x 500ml pack Campbells Real Stock Chicken
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup cream
STEP 1 Peel potatoes and cut into small pieces. Place in a saucepan and pour over Campbells Real Stock.
STEP 2 Bring to the boil then reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 10-15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
STEP 3 Drain potatoes, reserving stock. Mash potatoes with butter. Stir in cream and approx. 1/2 cup reserved stock to make a smooth mash.
