Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 browns onion, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 4 cups frozen peas
  • 3 cups baby spinach
  • 1 litre Campbell's Real Stock - Chicken
  • Grated Parmesan, cream, peas and toasted sourdough to garnish.

Preparation

Step 1
Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook until soft. Add peas and cook for 1-2 mins.
Step 2
Add Campbell’s Real Stock Chicken to pot. Bring to boil. Add spinach leaves. Stir until wilted and remove from heat.
Step 3
Blend with a hand-held stick blender until smooth.
Step 4
Serve with parmesan, cream, peas and toasted sourdough
