Make dinner easy with this One Pan Honey Soy Chicken & Rice recipe, featuring Campbell’s Real Stock Chicken. Ready in 30 minutes, this one-pot meal is perfect for busy nights and full of delicious, healthy ingredients.
Mix garlic, soy sauce and honey in a large bowl. Add chicken, mix and leave to marinate for 10 min.

Add oil to a large pot over medium - high heat. Add chicken to pot (reserve left over sauce in bowl). Brown chicken on both sides for 2-3 min and set aside on a plate.

Add onion, remaining garlic and ginger to pot, cook for 1-2 min until onions are translucent.
Step 4
Add SunRice Jasmine Rice. Stir through and add Campbell’s Real Stock Chicken, remaining sauce.
Step 5
Add chicken to the pot on top of the rice. Cover and bring to simmer, then lower to a medium heat.
Step 6
Cook for 12 -15 min until stock is absorbed, then remove from heat and Rest for 10 min.
Step 7
Fluff rice and serve with sesame seeds, shallots and broccoli.
