Ingredients

  • 500ml Campbell’s Real Stock Chicken
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 leek, washed and finely sliced
  • 750g chicken mince
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp plain flour
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 piece of frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg

Preparation

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200ᵒC.
Step 2
Heat butter and leek in a large fry pan for 1-2 min. Add chicken mince and cook for 5-8 min until browned.
Step 3
Add mustard and flour, stir for 1 min. Add Campbell’s Real Stock Chicken and simmer for 5 min.
Step 4
Pour chicken mixture into a pie dish and top with a piece of puff pastry. Brush with a beaten egg and place a few slits in the pastry for the steam to escape.
Step 5
Bake for 12 min or until golden. Serve with green salad.
