Ingredients

  • 2 cups basmati rice, rinsed
  • 1 L Campbells Real Stock Chicken
  • 2 tbsp chopped flat leaf parsley
  • 1 boneless, butterflied chicken – Greek Seasoning

Preparation

Step 1
Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Place rice, Campbells Real Stock Chicken and parsley in a 2L ovenproof dish. Top with chicken (skin-side up).
Step 2
Bake uncovered for 40-45 mins until rice is tender and chicken is cooked through.
Step 3
Serve with salad and tzatziki.
