Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 6-7 large chicken thigh cutlets, skin on
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 cup risoni pasta
  • 1L Campbell's Real Stock Chicken
  • Chopped fresh oregano and parmesan to garnish

Preparation

Step 1
Heat oil in a large frying pan
Step 2
Season chicken thighs well with salt and pepper. Cook chicken thighs and lemons, until they have some colour. Pour chicken stock into the pan, bring to the boil. Simmer for 5 mins
Step 3
Sprinkle risoni over simmering stock, stir to combine cook until risoni is al dente. Sprinkle with fresh oregano to serve.
