1 tbs milk
1 tbs oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
750g beef mince
2 cups bread crumbs
2 tbs chopped semi dried tomatoes
cup fresh chopped flat-leaf parsley
500ml (2 cups) Campbells Real Stock- Beef No Added Salt
6 sheets of puff pastry
8 semi dried tomatoes
1 cup tomato sauce
4 tbs brown sugar
STEP 1 Preheat oven to 180C. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
STEP 2 Make egg wash with 2 eggs and milk.
STEP 3 Heat oil in a medium sized frying pan, cook onion and garlic for 3 minutes or until onion is soft.
STEP 4 In a large bowl place cooked onion, garlic, mince, bread crumbs, semi dried tomatoes, 1 egg, parsley, salt and pepper and Campbells Real Stock. Mix well to combine.
STEP 5 Place meat mix into a piping bag, cut the end of the piping bag top make a 2cm opening, pipe meat mixture on to the edge of 1 sheet of puff pastry all the way to the end, roll pastry over the meat, only half way then brush some egg wash on the rest of the pastry and continue to roll.
STEP 6 Cut each sausage roll into 4 pieces.
STEP 7 Place on baking trays, brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
STEP 8 Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden.
