500g packet fresh potato gnocchi
500g Italian pork sausages, casing removed
1 tblsp olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tblsps tomato paste
2 tblsps plain flour
2 cups (500ml) Campbell’s Real Stock – Chicken
Grated parmesan, to serve
STEP 1 Cook gnocchi according to packet directions, until tender. Drain.
STEP 2 Meanwhile, remove sausages from casings by trimming one end and squeezing out meat. Discard casings. Cut meat into 3cm pieces.
STEP 3 Heat oil in a large, deep frying pan. Add onion and sausage meat. Cook, stirring for about 5 minutes, or until browned. Add paste and flour. Cook, stirring for 1 minute.
STEP 4 Stir in Campbell’s Real Stock – Chicken until combined. Bring to boil. Simmer, uncovered, for about 10 minutes, or until the sauce is thickened and sausage is cooked through. Add gnocchi. Stir until hot.
STEP 5 Serve with grated parmesan.
