Satay Chicken Curry Recipe

Satay Chicken Curry with a twist! Made with our flavourful blend of Campbell's Bone Broth Ginger & Turmeric, this is how you can easily make a taste sensation that delights everyone. Dinner made easy!

1 tbsp olive oil

1kg chicken thigh fillets, cubed

1 and 1/2 cup peanut butter

1-2 tbsp soy sauce

500mL Campbell’s Bone Broth Turmeric & Ginger

STEP 1 Heat oil in a large frypan. Cook chicken for 5-10 mins or until it starts to brown. Stir in curry powder, peanut butter and soy sauce and cook for 1 min.

STEP 2 Add Campbell’s Bone Broth Turmeric & Ginger and simmer while uncovered on low heat for 20-25 mins or until sauce has thickened.
