4 chicken Maryland
2 whole cloves garlic, halved
40gm butter
2 tbsp miso paste
2 tbsp maple syrup
500ml Campbell’s Bone Broth Chicken
STEP 1 Pre-heat oven to 180⁰c fan forced. Combine butter, miso paste and maple syrup in a small bowl. Rub miso mixture all over the Chicken and place in a baking dish. Pour Campbell’s Bone Broth Chicken around the chicken.
STEP 2 Bake for 40 min or until chicken is golden and cooked through. Set aside to rest and serve with blanched broccolini.
