Quick Chicken and Leek Pie

500ml Campbell’s Real Stock Chicken
2 tbsp butter
1 leek, washed and finely sliced
750g chicken mince
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp plain flour
1 cup frozen peas
1 piece of frozen puff pastry, thawed
1 egg
STEP 1 Preheat oven to 200ᵒC.
STEP 2 Heat butter and leek in a large fry pan for 1-2 min. Add chicken mince and cook for 5-8 min until browned.
STEP 3 Add mustard and flour, stir for 1 min. Add Campbell’s Real Stock Chicken and simmer for 5 min.
Pour chicken mixture into a pie dish and top with a piece of puff pastry. Brush with a beaten egg and place a few slits in the pastry for the steam to escape.
STEP 4 Bake for 12 min or until golden. Serve with green salad.
