6 x large chicken thigh fillets
6 slices prosciutto
250g cherry tomatoes
250mL Campbell’s Real Stock Flavour Boost Garlic & Rosemary
¾ cup risoni pasta
Chopped parsley to garnish
STEP 1 Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan forced.
STEP 2 Wrap chicken thighs with prosciutto. Place in a shallow oven-proof pan.
STEP 3 Add tomatoes and Campbells Real Stock Flavour Boost Garlic & Rosemary. Bake uncovered for 20-25 mins until browned and chicken is cooked.
STEP 4 Meanwhile, cook risoni in a pot of boiling water for 4 mins. Drain well, add risoni to pan and combine with chicken and tomatoes, return to oven for a further 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
