
Prawn Laksa Recipe

200 g dried rice stick noodles
270 ml can coconut milk
1L Campbell’s Real Stock Malaysian Laksa Base
300 g green prawns, peeled
120 g green beans, cut into 3cm pieces
1 cup bean sprouts
To serve (optional): 1/2 cup coriander leaves
To serve (optional): 1/2 cup mint leaves
To serve (optional): Thinly sliced red chilli
STEP 1 Soak noodles in warm water.
STEP 2 In a medium saucepan, combine coconut milk and Campbell’s Real Stock Malaysian Laksa Base; bring to the boil. Add prawns, drained noodles and green beans, simmer for 2-3 minutes or until the prawns are just cooked through.
STEP 3 Ladle soup into serving bowls. Top with bean sprouts and any additional toppings as desired.
