Pan-Fried Fish Recipe

2 tbsp olive oil

1-2 tbs plain flour

600g white fish fillets

250g cherry tomatoes

1 can cannellini beans, drained

250mL Campbell’s Real Stock Flavour Boost Garlic & Rosemary

Mashed potato, to serve

STEP 1 Place flour in a shallow bowl. Dust fish in flour and set aside. Heat oil in a medium to large frypan. dish on medium to high. Cook fish for 2 minutes on each side. Remove fish and set aside. Add tomatoes, drained beans, and Campbell’s Real Stock Flavour Boost Garlic & Rosemary. Simmer for 5 mins until reduced slightly.

STEP 2 Return fish and any remaining flour and simmer for a further 5-10 minutes, until fish is cooked through and sauce has thickened.

STEP 3 Top with parsley leaves and serve with mash.
