One Pan Greek Lemon Chicken Recipe

1 tbsp olive oil
6-7 large chicken thigh cutlets, skin on
1 lemon, sliced
1 cup risoni pasta
1L Campbell’s Real Stock Chicken
Chopped fresh oregano and parmesan to garnish
STEP 1 Heat oil in a large frying pan
STEP 2 Season chicken thighs well with salt and pepper. Cook chicken thighs and lemons, until they have some colour. Pour chicken stock into the pan, bring to the boil. Simmer for 5 mins
STEP 3 Sprinkle risoni over simmering stock, stir to combine cook until risoni is al dente. Sprinkle with fresh oregano to serve.
