2 cups basmati rice, rinsed
1 L Campbells Real Stock Chicken
2 tbsp chopped flat leaf parsley
1 boneless, butterflied chicken – Greek Seasoning
STEP 1 Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced.
Place rice, Campbells Real Stock Chicken and parsley in a 2L ovenproof dish. Top with chicken (skin-side up).
STEP 2 Bake uncovered for 40-45 mins until rice is tender and chicken is cooked through.
STEP 3 Serve with salad and tzatziki.
