One Pot Lasagna Recipe
Say hello to a flavour-packed meal made with Campbell's Real Stock Beef! With tender beef, al dente lasagna and a rich sauce all cooked in one pan, you'll be amazed at how delicious dinner can be!

1 tbsp olive oil
1kg beef mince
1/2 cup tomato paste
1 litre Campbell’s Real Stock – Beef
120gm (approx. 5-6) dried lasagna sheets
2 cups shredded tasty cheese
1 buffalo mozzarella
STEP 1 Heat oil in a large frypan skillet. Add mince and cook for 5-10 mins until browned
STEP 2 Add tomato paste, and Campbell’s Real Stock Beef. Simmer for 15 mins.
STEP 3 Break up your pasta sheets and add into the meat sauce. Let simmer for a further 15 minutes or until pasta is al dente.
STEP 4 Top with cheddar cheese and mozzarella. Place under the griller for 2-3 mins or until golden.
