200g punnet cherry tomatoes
250mL Campbell’s Real Stock Flavour Boost Chilli, Garlic & Onion
1-2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
STEP 1 Heat butter in a large frypan with lid. Add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes with lid off until softened, add drained mussles (check all the beards are removed) and Campbell’s Real Stock Flavour Boost Chilli, Garlic & Onion, cook covered over high heat for 7-8mins or until muscles are opened.
STEP 2 Stir through parsley and pour into a large serving bowl.
STEP 3 Tip: serve with crusty bread
