Mushroom Stroganoff Recipe

1L Campbell’s Real Stock Mushroom
1 tbsp butter
1 large onion, finely chopped
6 cloves garlic, crushed
500mg mushrooms, sliced
1 can lentils, drained
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tsp smoked paprika
¼ cup plain flour
STEP 1 Heat butter in a large frying pan. Add onion and garlic, cook for 1-2 mins. Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
STEP 2 Add lentils, tomato paste and paprika and stir through. Add flour and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add Campbell’s Real Stock Mushroom and simmer until sauce has thickened.
STEP 3 Serve with pasta and chopped parsley. Stir through sour cream if desired.
