
Minestrone Soup with Italian Sausage Recipe

6 Italian sausages (500gm)
200g cherry tomatoes, halved
420g can Campbell’s Condensed Minestrone Soup
¼ cup finely grated Parmesan
Fresh basil leaves
STEP 1 Heat a little oil in a large frying pan. Squeeze out the
sausage meat from the sausages into small bite-size
meatballs, they don’t have to be perfectly round.
Place directly into the pan and cook until browned and
cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
STEP 2 Meanwhile, heat a little extra oil in a large saucepan,
add the tomato and cook until softened.
STEP 3 Add the Campbell’s Condensed Minestrone Soup and 1
can of water and meatballs. Simmer for 5 minutes.
STEP 4 Serve topped with Parmesan and basil leaves.
