Lemon and Oregano Chicken Cottage Pie Recipe

1kg potatoes, peeled and quartered

2 tbsp oil

1kg chicken mince

250ml Campbell’s Flavour Boost Lemon & Oregano

1/3 cup milk

1 cup grated tasty cheese

STEP 1 Preheat oven to 180ᵒC.

STEP 2 Bring potatoes to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 mins until soft.

STEP 3 Meanwhile, heat oil in a fry pan and add chicken, cook for 5-8 mins until browned. Add Campbell’s Flavour Boost Lemon & Oregano. Simmer for 2-3 mins. Spoon into a 2 litre (8 cup) casserole/baking dish.

STEP 4 Drain potatoes, mash then add milk and stir until smooth and creamy. Spread over meat mixture. Top with cheese and bake for 15- 20 mins or until golden brown.
