Garlic and Rosemary Potato Bake Recipe

1.2kg potato, sliced thinly lengthways
250mLCampbell’s Real Stock Flavour Boost Garlic & Rosemary
300mL thickened cream
½ cup grated cheddar cheese.
STEP 1 Preheat oven to 200⁰C/ 180⁰C fan forced. Peel and slice potatoes and arrange in a 2-litre baking dish.
STEP 2 Combine Campbell’s Real Stock Flavour Boost Garlic & Rosemary and cream in a jug. Pour over potatoes. Top with grated cheese. Bake for 50-60 minutes.
STEP 3 Tip: for a quicker bake time, microwave your sliced potatoes for 10 mins on medium power before arranging in the baking dish.
