1 tbsp olive oil
500g peeled green prawns
250mL Campbells Real Stock Flavour Boost Chilli, Garlic & Onion
60mL (1/4 cup) thickened cream
Broccolini and green onions to serve
STEP 1 Heat olive oil in a large frypan. Cook prawns in 2 batches. Remove prawns and set aside. Add Campbells Real Stock Flavour Boost Chilli, Garlic & Onion, and cream, simmer for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly. Return prawns and resting juices. Stir to combine.
STEP 2 Meanwhile cook pasta following instructions until al dente. Add pasta to the prawn mixture. Stir to combine, garnish is green onions.
STEP 3 Serve with Broccolini.
