Chinese Dumpling Soup Recipe

1L Campbell’s Real Stock Chinese Dumpling Soup Base
400 g frozen dumplings
1 bunch Chinese broccoli, chopped
100 g snow peas, halved
4 green spring onions, thinly sliced
STEP 1 In a medium saucepan bring Campbell’s Real Soup Base – Chinese to the boil. Add frozen dumplings and simmer gently for 5 minutes or until the dumplings are cooked through.
STEP 2 Stir in Chinese broccoli and snow peas, simmer for 1 minute or until just tender.
STEP 3 Ladle soup into serving bowls and top with green spring onions.
