Campbell’s Steak & Mushroom Sauce Recipe

50g butter
600g steak
200g button mushroom, sliced thinly
3tbs plain flour
250 ml Campbell’s Real Stock Flavour Boost Garlic & Rosemary
Roasted tomatoes, potatoes, and asparagus to serve
STEP 1 Heat butter in a large frypan. Add steaks and cook over medium heat for 5-6 mins each side. Remove and set aside to rest.
STEP 2 Add mushrooms to the same pan and cook for 5-6 minutes or until golden. Add the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add ½ the Real Stock Flavour Boost stirring with the mushrooms to remove any lumps. Add the remaining Real Stock Flavour Boost and simmer until thickened. Add any juices to the pan from the rested steaks. Pour sauce over steaks to serve.
STEP 3 Serve with tomatoes, potatoes and asparagus.
