1 tbs olive oil
500g beef mince
250ml Campbell’s Flavour Boost Red wine, Tomato & Basil
400g (1 can) canned chopped tomatoes
Grated parmesan cheese to serve
STEP 1 Heat oil in a medium to large saucepan or frypan over medium to high heat. Add beef and cook for 5-7 minutes or until meat is browned. Add Campbell’s Real Stock Flavour Boost and tomatoes. Simmer sauce for 15 minutes or until sauce has thickened to your liking.
STEP 2 Meanwhile, bring large pot of salted water to the boil. Cook pasta following packet directions.
STEP 3 Serve with grated parmesan cheese.
