Campbell’s Honey Soy Chicken Hokkien Noodle Stir Fry

2tbs oil

1 red onion, sliced

500 gm chicken thigh, sliced

400g (2 cups) mixed stir fry vegetables

450gm packet Hokkien Noodles

2 tsp cornflour

250 ml Campbell’s Flavour boost Honey and Soy

STEP 1 Heat oil in a large frypan or wok. Add onion and cook for 1-2 minutes, add chicken and cook for 5 minutes or until starting to brown.

STEP 2 Add vegetables cook for a further 1-2 minutes. Add a splash of stock and cook for 1-2 min, add noodles and remaining stock. Stir well to combine. Combine cornflour and 1 tablespoon water add mixture to the noodles. Cook for a further 2 minutes until sauce has thickened.
