Campbell’s Creamy Tortellini Soup

1L Campbell’s Real Stock Chicken Unsalted or 1L Campbell’s Real Stock Chicken salt reduced
1 tbsp olive oil
2 Italian sausages
2 carrots, peeled, quartered and sliced
200g fresh spinach and ricotta tortellini
2 cups kale, stemmed and finely chopped
½ cup thickened cream
STEP 1 Heat olive oil in a large saucepan. Remove sausage from its casing into small meatball size pieces. Cook for 2 min. Add carrots and Campbell’s Real Stock Chicken Unsalted and bring to the boil.
STEP 2 Add tortellini and continue to stir until Campbell’s Real Stock returns to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for a further 2 min.
STEP 3 Add kale, bring back to the boil and cook for a further 1-2 min. Stir through cream and spring onions. Ladle into four individual bowls and serve topped with chilli.
