250ml Campbell’s Flavour Boost Soy, Honey and Garlic
400g skinless white firm fish fillets
80g rice noodles
1 bunch bok choy
STEP 1 Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan forced. Soak noodles in boiling water for 5 mins. Drain noodles and place in a large ovenproof pan.
STEP 2 Top the noodles with fish and chopped bok choy. Pour over Campbell’s Flavour Boost Soy, Honey and Garlic. Cover with foil or lid. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
STEP 3 Serve topped with crispy onions.
