Ingredients

  • 500ml Campbell’s Real Stock Beef
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 2 medium brown onions, finely chopped
  • 2–3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 750g beef mince
  • 2 x 140g (1 cup) tomato paste
  • 500g pasta
  • Grated parmesan and fresh basil, to serve

Preparation

Step 1
Heat oil in a medium-to-large saucepan or frying pan over medium-high heat. Add onion, garlic and beef mince. Cook for 5–7 minutes, or until the meat is browned.
Step 2
Stir in tomato paste and Campbell’s Real Stock Beef. Simmer for 20 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
Step 3
Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to the boil. Cook pasta according to packet instructions.
Step 4
Serve Bolognese over pasta, topped with grated parmesan and fresh basil.
