Garlic Bread Gnocchi

This is the fusion of your two favourite foods: garlic bread and gnocchi. Cook Campbell’s Garlic Bread Gnocchi, made with Campbell’s Real Stock Chicken Salt Reduced.

250ml Campbell’s Real Stock Chicken Salt Reduced

1 Vienna bread loaf

80g melted butter

2 cloves garlic, crushed

¼ cup plain flour

500g gnocchi

1 ½ cups grated cheese

STEP 1 Preheat oven to 180°C. Prepare Vienna bread loaf by cutting off the top section and removing most of the bread filling.

STEP 2 Melt butter in a medium size saucepan. Add garlic cook for 1 min. Remove from heat and brush inside of the cob with garlic butter.

STEP 3 Place butter mixture back on the heat and add flour. Cook flour for 1 min then whisk in Campbell’s Real Stock Chicken Salt Reduced. Stir through half the cheese.

STEP 4 Prepare gnocchi following instructions, drain and add to sauce with remaining cheese.

STEP 5 Spoon mix into loaf and bake for 10 min until golden. Serve immediately.
