Spring Roll Bowls

250ml Campbell’s Real Stock Chicken Salt Reduced
250g vermicelli noodles
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2-3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
500g pork mince
2 carrots, julienned
¼ cabbage, finely sliced
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
Optional: Green onions to serve
STEP 1 Soak noodles in a large, heatproof bowl of boiling water for 5 min until softened. Drain well and set aside.
STEP 2 Meanwhile, heat oil in a large wok or saucepan on high. Add garlic and onion and cook for 1 min. Add mince and break up with a spoon until browned. Add carrots and cabbage and stir-fry until just softened. Add Campbell’s Real Stock and add soy and oyster sauce. Add noodles and stir-fry for 1-2 min until thickened slightly.
STEP 3 Serve topped with green onions.
