Spinach and Pea Soup Recipe

A wholesome comfort in a bowl! Savour this hearty Spinach and Pea Soup, made with Campbell's Real Stock Chicken for a winter delight. Keep yourself warm with delicious greens this winter.

1 tbsp olive oil

2 browns onion, finely chopped

4 cloves garlic, chopped

4 cups frozen peas

3 cups baby spinach

1 litre Campbell’s Real Stock – Chicken

Grated Parmesan, cream, peas and toasted sourdough to garnish.

STEP 1 Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook until soft. Add peas and cook for 1-2 mins.

STEP 2 Add Campbell’s Real Stock Chicken to pot. Bring to boil. Add spinach leaves. Stir until wilted and remove from heat.

STEP 3 Blend with a hand-held stick blender until smooth.

STEP 4 Serve with parmesan, cream, peas and toasted sourdough
