1 tbsp vegetable oil
500g pork mince
450g pkt fresh stir fry veg mix
250mL Campbell’s Real Stock Flavour Boost Chilli, Garlic & Onion
1 tbsp Kecap Manis
400g Singapore noodles
STEP 1 Heat oil in a wok on high. Add pork mince and cook, stirring until browned around 5 minutes.
STEP 2 Add vegetables and stir-fry for 2 mins until almost tender. Add Campbells Real Stock Flavour Boost Chilli, Garlic & Onion. Stir through Kecap Manis and noodles, cook until sauce thickens.
Garnish with coriander.
STEP 3 Tip: stir through 2 tbsp peanut butter when you add the Kecap Manis.
