
Meatball Beef Sub Recipe

500g beef mince
1 egg
½ cup panko breadcrumbs
2 green onions, finely sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp plain flour
250mL Campbells Real Stock Flavour Boost Red Wine, Tomato and Basil
Hot dog rolls and grated cheese to serve
STEP 1 In a bowl, combine mince, egg, breadcrumbs, and onion. Season with salt and pepper. Shape into approx. 20 meatballs.
STEP 2 Heat oil in a large frying on high. Cook meatballs for 3-4 mins until browned. Transfer to a plate.
STEP 3 Add flour to pan. Cook for 1 min. Gradually add Campbells Real Stock Flavour Boost Red Wine, Tomato and Basil.
STEP 4 Return meatballs to pan and simmer for 2-3 mins until cooked through. Serve in rolls topped with grated cheese.
