2 tbsp olive oil
500g pork mince
250ml Campbell’s Flavour Boost Lemon, Garlic & Oregano
2 tbsp tomato paste
400g penne pasta
Grated parmesan cheese
STEP 1 Heat oil in a medium to large saucepan or frypan over medium to high heat. Add pork and cook for 5-7 minutes or until meat is browned.
STEP 2 Add Campbell’s Flavour Boost Lemon, Garlic & Oregano and tomato paste. Simmer sauce for 5 minutes or until sauce has thickened to your liking.
STEP 3 Meanwhile, bring large pot of salted water to the boil. Cook pasta following packet directions.
STEP 4 Combine cooked pasta and sauce. Serve with grated parmesan cheese.
