
Lemon, Garlic and Oregano Lamb Shanks Recipe

1 tbsp olive oil
4 lamb shanks
¼ cup plain flour
250ml Campbell’s Flavour Boost Lemon & Oregano
500g potato
Steamed vegetables
STEP 1 Heat oil in a large frying pan. Toss lamb in flour that has been seasoned with salt and pepper; shake off excess. Cook lamb over high heat until browned all over. Transfer to the bowl of a slow cooker.
STEP 2 Add Campbell’s Flavour Boost Lemon & Oregano and potato. Cover and cook for 4 ½ hrs on the high setting or until lamb is soft and falling off the bone.
STEP 3 Remove lamb and potato from the slow cooker. Serve with steamed vegetables.
