500ml Campbell’s Real Stock Beef
500g ready-made meatballs
1/3 cup plain flour
1 tbsp olive oil
½ cup sour cream
Serve with mashed potato, salad or pasta
STEP 1 Place flour in a medium bowl and dust meatballs. Set aside.
Heat oil in a large frypan. Add meatballs and cook over medium heat for 8-10 mins until they are golden. Remove from pan.
STEP 2 Add remaining flour and butter cook for 1 minute. Add Campbell’s Real Stock Beef, return meatballs and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until sauce has thickened and meatballs are cooked through. Stir through sour cream and cook for a further 1-2 minutes.
STEP 3 Serve with mashed potato, salad or pasta.
