Beef and Mushroom Quick Casserole Recipe

2 tbs olive oil

2 tbs plain flour

500g rump steak, thinly sliced

2 garlic cloves, crushed

200g button mushrooms, sliced

250mL Campbell’s Real Stock Flavour Boost Red Wine, Tomato and Basil

2 tbsp sour cream

400g egg noodles

STEP 1 Heat oil in a medium to large frypan over medium to high heat. Toss the beef in flour and cook for 5 minutes or until meat is browned.

STEP 2 Add garlic and mushrooms cook for a further 5 minutes. Add any remaining flour and Real Stock Flavour Boost Red Wine, Tomato and Basil. Simmer sauce for 5 minutes. Stir through sour cream before serving.

STEP 3 Meanwhile, bring large pot of salted water to the boil. Cook pasta following packet directions.
Serve with steamed vegetables or a green salad.
