Summertime Potato Bake

- 1.8-2kg potato, sliced thinly
- 1 ½ cups Campbell’s Real Stock Chicken
- 1 ½ cups thickened cream
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese, plus 1 cup for topping
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme (plus extra for garnish)
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 ⁰C fan forced. Peel and slice potatoes approx. 3 mm thick and arrange in a 2-litre round baking dish.
Step 2
Combine stock, cream, grated cheese and thyme in a jug. Pour over potatoes. Top with extra grated cheese.
Step 3
Bake covered with foil for 20 mins, remove foil and bake for a further 40 mins or until potato is tender.
Step 4
Top with extra thyme leaves.
