Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1kg chicken thigh fillets, cubed
  • 1 and 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1-2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 500mL Campbell’s Bone Broth Turmeric & Ginger

Preparation

Step 1
Heat oil in a large frypan. Cook chicken for 5-10 mins or until it starts to brown. Stir in curry powder, peanut butter and soy sauce and cook for 1 min.
Step 2
Add Campbell’s Bone Broth Turmeric & Ginger and simmer while uncovered on low heat for 20-25 mins or until sauce has thickened.
