Ingredients

  • 500 mL Campbell’s Real Stock Fish
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 250g salmon fillets
  • ¾ cup Risoni pasta
  • Lemon zest from 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp feta, crumbled
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice to serve

Preparation

Step 1
Heat oil in a heavy-based frying pan. Add salmon fillets and cook for 8-10 minutes or to your liking. Set aside to rest.
Step 2
Add Risoni to the same pan. Add Campbell’s Real Stock Fish and bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes until pasta is al dente.
Step 3
Remove Risoni to a serving bowl to cool slightly, stir through flaked salmon and lemon juice, top with feta. Serve with broccolini.
