Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups long grain rice, rinsed
  • 500ml (2 cups) Campbell’s Real Stock Fish
  • 500g jar Napolitano pasta sauce
  • 400g skinless white firm fish fillets, cut into 3cm cubes
  • 250g pkt Greek feta, crumbled
  • Chopped parsley, to garnish

Preparation

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan forced. Heat oil in a large ovenproof pan on medium. Add rice, stirring for 1 min. Add Campbell’s Real Stock and pasta sauce. Bring to the boil.
Step 2
Bake, covered for 15 mins. Add fish and gently stir through. Bake for a further 10 mins until fish is cooked through. Top with crumbled feta.
Step 3
Garnish with chopped parsley.
