Ingredients

  • 500ml Campbell’s Real Stock Beef
  • 500g ready-made meatballs
  • 1/3 cup plain flour
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 20g butter
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • Serve with mashed potato, salad or pasta

Preparation

Step 1
Place flour in a medium bowl and dust meatballs. Set aside. Heat oil in a large frypan. Add meatballs and cook over medium heat for 8-10 mins until they are golden. Remove from pan.
Step 2
Add remaining flour and butter cook for 1 minute. Add Campbell’s Real Stock Beef, return meatballs and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until sauce has thickened and meatballs are cooked through. Stir through sour cream and cook for a further 1-2 minutes.
Step 3
Serve with mashed potato, salad or pasta.
