Ingredients

  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2-3 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 2 celery stalks, finely diced
  • 500g beef mince
  • 2/3 cup tomato paste
  • 500ml Campbell’s Real Bone Broth Beef
  • 200g canned crushed tomatoes
  • 1 packet spaghetti pasta

Preparation

Step 1
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, cook for 1-2 min.
Step 2
Add carrot, celery mince and cook for 3-4 min or until the mince is browned.
Step 3
Add tomato paste, Campbell’s Real Stock Beef and crushed tomatoes. Bring mixture to the boil, stirring. Reduce heat, simmer gently for 24 min.
Step 4
Cook pasta according to instructions while pasta sauce cooks.
Step 5
Serve and garnish with parmesan and basil leaves.
