Ingredients

  • 1L Campbell’s Real Stock Chicken Unsalted
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Italian sausages
  • 2 carrots, peeled, quartered and sliced
  • 200g fresh spinach and ricotta tortellini
  • 2 cups kale, stemmed and finely chopped
  • ½ cup thickened cream

Preparation

Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large saucepan. Remove sausage from its casing into small meatball size pieces. Cook for 2 min. Add carrots and Campbell’s Real Stock Chicken Unsalted and bring to the boil.
Step 2
Add tortellini and continue to stir until Campbell’s Real Stock returns to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for a further 2 min.
