Ingredients

  • 40g butter
  • 1 tbs oil
  • 750g peeled green prawns, tails on
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 long red chilli, seeded and finely chopped
  • 250ml Campbell's Chicken Stock
  • ½ cup thickened cream 
  • ⅓ cup finely grated parmesan
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley 

Preparation

Step 1
Heat butter and oil in a large frypan. Cook prawns in 2 batches for 2-3 min. Remove prawns and set aside.
Step 2
Add garlic and chilli, stir for 1 min. Pour in stock and cream and simmer for 4-5 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
Step 3
Return prawns to the pan. Sprinkle over parmesan and stir until thickened. Add parsley and serve.
Step 4
Top with extra parmesan, chilli and a side of your favourite bread.
