Creamy Christmas Prawns
These Creamy Christmas Prawns are the perfect addition to your holiday spread! Cooked in our Campbell's Real Stock Chicken, they’re full of flavour and ready to impress your guests!

Chicken - 250ml

- 40g butter
- 1 tbs oil
- 750g peeled green prawns, tails on
- 2-3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 long red chilli, seeded and finely chopped
- 250ml Campbell's Chicken Stock
- ½ cup thickened cream
- ⅓ cup finely grated parmesan
- 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Heat butter and oil in a large frypan. Cook prawns in 2 batches for 2-3 min. Remove prawns and set aside.
Step 2
Add garlic and chilli, stir for 1 min. Pour in stock and cream and simmer for 4-5 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
Step 3
Return prawns to the pan. Sprinkle over parmesan and stir until thickened. Add parsley and serve.
Step 4
Top with extra parmesan, chilli and a side of your favourite bread.
