Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 large carrot, peeled, halved, and sliced
  • 300g cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 500ml Campbell’s Real Bone Broth Chicken
  • 300g cooked chicken breast
  • Lemon juice to serve
  • Garnish with lemon and chopped parsley

Preparation

Step 1
Heat oil in a medium sized saucepan. Add onion, garlic, carrot, and cauliflower and cook for 3-4 min. Add Campbell’s Real Bone Broth Chicken, and simmer for 5 min.
Step 2
Stir through chopped cooked chicken. Ladle into bowls, serve with a squeeze of lemon juice, chopped fresh parsley, salt and pepper.
