
Soy, Honey and Garlic Chicken Tenderloins Recipe

250 ml Campbell’s Flavour Boost Soy, Honey and Garlic
500g chicken tenderloins
1½ tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp vegetable oil
450g packet of fresh stir-fry vegetable mix
Steamed rice and sesame seeds, to serve
STEP 1 Combine chicken and cornflour in a medium bowl. Toss to coat.
STEP 2 Heat oil in a wok on high. Cook chicken in two batches until browned on both sides.
Return all chicken to wok and add Campbell’s Flavour Boost Soy, Honey and Garlic (reserving 2 tbsp). Simmer for 5 mins until chicken is cooked through. Transfer to a bowl.
STEP 3 Heat a little extra oil in wok on high. Stir-fry vegetables for 2 mins. Add reserved Campbell’s Flavour Boost and stir-fry until heated through.
STEP 4 Serve chicken with rice and vegetables. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
