Pulled Pork Tacos Recipe

2kg boneless pork shoulder

1 tbsp Mexican spice mix

250mL Campbell’s Real Stock Flavour Boost Chilli, Garlic & Onion

¼ cup smokey BBQ sauce

Small soft tacos and coleslaw, to serve

STEP 1 Place pork in a large bowl and rub all over with Mexican spice mix. Place into the bowl of a slow cooker.

STEP 2 Add Campbells Real Stock Flavour Boost Chilli, Garlic & Onion. Cook on high for 5-6 hours or until very tender.

STEP 3 Remove pork and shred using two forks. Return shredded meat back to slow cooker with BBQ sauce, stirring to coat.
Serve in soft tacos with coleslaw.
